Royalty?

What a fabulous wedding!

However, relishing all the pomp and circumstance, I was taken aback(shocked) by the actions of our future king.

When Prince Charles arrived at Westminister Abbey he proceeded to remove his white gloves and handed them to an attendant. He turned and as he headed to the receiving line he experienced some discomfort in his royal proboscis. Without a mistep he pinched the offending drip between his thumb and forefinger of his right hand and taking two more steps offered his royal hand in greeting to the Dean of Westminister Abbey. Several more dignitaries in the line were recipients of this royal greeting.

Would you, as a commoner, know what royal protocol dictates that one should follow in this circumstance? I, however, know what common sense would dictate.

The Deal

You invade Bahrain. We take out Muammar Gaddafi in Libya. This, in short, is the essence of a deal struck between the Barack Obama administration and the House of Saud. Two diplomatic sources at the United Nations independently confirmed that Washington, via Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, gave the go-ahead for Saudi Arabia to invade Bahrain and crush the pro-democracy movement in their neighbor in exchange for a "yes"...
