The Rulers of the World

Bill Ryan's Project Avalon interviews a former minion of the so-called "Rulers of the World," whose identity is being withheld for his safety and who is being called "Charles" for the purposes of the interview.

"Charles" explains how he became a minion by performing criminal services but he recently defected because he was caught trying to enrich himself improperly and was therefore given an unspecified terminal illness. If we are to believe him, this relatively young man has 2-5 years to live and that he's doing this interview because "He wants to kick them in the nuts," to use his words.
